Is there a per-borrow fee on top of the subscription?
No — subscription members pay no additional per-borrow fees for borrows included in their plan. The CA$29–49 per-borrow rate applies only to the pay-as-you-go option for non-members.
What does 'priority booking' mean?
Popular dogs book out quickly. Plus and Unlimited members get first access to newly available slots — typically 24 hours before the general waitlist. This makes a real difference for sought-after dogs like Maple and Bear.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel, pause, or downgrade from your account settings. If you cancel mid-month, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period.
What's included in the $10 shelter donation?
Every borrow — subscription or pay-as-you-go — is planned to include a $10 contribution to the dog's shelter. This will cover enrichment materials, extra staff time for outing preparation, and the shelter's general operational fund. Final revenue sharing terms will be agreed with each shelter partner.
What is the CuddleBridge concierge?
Unlimited members get access to a dedicated CuddleBridge team member (human-reviewed, AI-assisted) who can help with borrow planning, suggest the right dog for a specific outing, coordinate multi-day itineraries, and handle any issues that come up. Think of it as a personal dog-day planner.
